Dominican Republic 2013

Hi guys,

as promised here is the post about our vacation in the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana, Bavaro Beach.

We stayed there for 2 weeks and it was just amazing. 2 weeks without housework, cooking and all that stuff. Just relaxing and doing what you like to. This was almost the best vacation we had. The hotel stuff were just so friendly, I can’t tell it in words. There were some great people and some of them we’re still missing! For example my new friend Damaso: he was so attentive! Every morning he went through the restaurant and was serving coffee by shouting loud: coffee, coffee, coffeeeeeee! I miss that so much (by the way, the coffee was just one of the bests I ever had). Another cool guy from the restaurant was Argenis. He was trying to learn German with us. Especially “Gute Nacht” what means good night, was so interesting for him, because he had problems to pronounce “Nacht”, so we called him “Gute Nacht” 🙂 This is Argenis:

The Ocean was just stunning! The water was so clear and warm, mhh… . Most of the time we were in the Ocean. I was jumping with the waves the whole day long (that was the daily workout) and Jens called me a gummy bear 😀 . I also did Aqua Aerobic with “Ramon” and it made a lot of fun 🙂 . The food there was so good, I ate too much every day! It was too good to skip it. What else?! I don’t know, it was just an amazing time in my life. Here are some more pictures for you:

Karolinas Workout #43

Hi guys,

we’re so happy to be home again. Our vacation in the Dominican Republic was just the best I ever had. But it’s always great to come home again. I just love my home. This weekend I will prepare a post about our vacation and I will post it next week, so that I can share it with you.

Today I share one of my beach workouts I did in the Dominican Republic. I did this workout once more when we came home, so that I could stop my time (I forgot to take my interval timer for vacation) and I also made a video about that. I hope you will enjoy the videos! Great to be here again!

Today we will do 500 Mountain Climbers for time! I know it looks so easy, but trust me; it feels like hell. Try to be as fast as possible, but please always remember to keep proper form. Otherwise you won’t get the results you want to.

My time for this workout was 8:36. Try to beat me!
