some of you asked me if I make any diet. I have to say: no I don’t. I made a video to explain how I think about diet. I don’t like diet. But don’t get me wrong! My opinion about diet and that entire stuff concerns people with a normal body, people who just want to look fitter and stronger. I don’t address to really overweight people, because they need a diet, better a medically controlled one. But people with a normal body don’t have to make diet, to look good. Life is too short to abstain from delicious things and I don’t think it’s necessary. When you want to look really skinny, yes you won’t make without diet- but that’s not my goal. I want to look strong, fit and healthy. I concentrate a lot on my nutrition, but only in that way, that I just try to avoid eating ready meals and processed food as much as possible (I already made some talks for you about prepared food and cooking). I try to get fresh products and prepare them for myself. I also control, that I get enough protein, because that’s so important when you are working out and when you want to build muscles. Apart from that I just eat fruits and veggies every single day. But I don’t abstain from anything. I don’t agree with the statement I heard a few times, that the biggest part is diet and the small one exercising. I don’t share this opinion and I don’t want the people to believe that this is the only way to have a great body. Have fun with my talk and see you in the next workout!

Hi guys, this summer we made a trip to Berlin. It was awesome! As everybody knows, one of the most interesting sights is the “Siegessäule”. To get there you have to go through a tunnel. The cool thing about this tunnel is, that there are light effects, when somebody moves. So I decided to dance for you 🙂 … I wanted to dance like a ballerina, but honestly I have to say, that it looks like a monkey dance…
2 weeks ago we did our second bigger bike tour this year.

It was about 143km long, but it was quite hard, because the weather was really bad. It was cold and it rained all day long. Thats why it was impossible to make some pictures for you. But I managed to do a photo of my friend Hans, when we were on the ferry to the other side of Lake Constance. Here you can see how Hans played act like in titanic 🙂
In june this year we did our first big trip and it was 200km long! That was so hard, the last 50km I thought I would really die. But we managed it and I found some great pictures with a wonderful view. We took the pictures in Bregenz/ Austria:
